Our executive team

We believe great teams are crucial to success. That includes the teams we invest in as well as the one we’re building here at Mend Medical. For us, it’s about creating a culture of high trust and high performance — sharing life with each other in a way that makes work fun, meaningful and rewarding.

Ben Joseph, President

A lifelong Hoosier from Fort Wayne, Ben was part of the founding team for Mend Medical. His previous professional experience includes executive commercial leadership and management roles in the medical device and insurance industries, as well as private-equity portfolio management for Ambassador Enterprises. Ben was also the General Manager for the foot and ankle business at Zimmer Biomet, after a long career at Biomet. He holds an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Seth Nash, Vice President/Business Development & Marketing

Before he joined Mend Medical in 2018, Seth spent 13 years working for Biomet and Zimmer Biomet. Most recently, he led a technology start-up within Zimmer Biomet’s large joint reconstruction business. During his time with Biomet, Seth held executive leadership roles in global management, and international sales and marketing. He occasionally teaches in the field of product management and product marketing as an adjunct instructor at Grace College.

Bryce Isch, Director/Innovation & Technology
