Bob Vitoux, Advisor & Chairman of the Board
Bob Vitoux helps lead equity investing activities for Ambassador Enterprises. Prior to joining Ambassador, Bob served as the President & CEO of Seymour Midwest, a privately held landscape and specialty tool manufacturer, and was the CFO for Steinway Musical Instruments. The majority of his career has been in the medical device industry, including commercial and finance leadership roles with Zimmer, Johnson & Johnson, and Biomet.
Bob obtained both his B.S. degree in accounting and his A.A. in computer applications from Manchester College. He also completed executive programs at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and the University of Notre Dame.
Seth Nash, Vice President – Equity Investing, Ambassador Enterprises
Seth Nash leads Equity Investing at Ambassador Enterprises. Before joining Ambassador in 2018, Seth spent 13 years working for Biomet and Zimmer Biomet in roles including adjacent market development and executive leadership roles in global management, and international sales and marketing. He chairs the board of directors for Ambassador Supply, and is a member of the board of trustees for Grace College and Seminary in Winona Lake, IN.
Originally from Nashville, TN, Seth and his wife Erin enjoy entertaining guests and are active members of their church. Seth loves cycling, photography and spending time with family.
Ben Joseph, Advisor
A lifelong Hoosier from Fort Wayne, Ben was part of the founding team for Mend Medical. His previous professional experience includes executive commercial leadership and management roles in the medical device and insurance industries, as well as private-equity portfolio management for Ambassador Enterprises. Ben was also the General Manager for the foot and ankle business at Zimmer Biomet, after a long career at Biomet. He holds an M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Ben and his wife Becky have two boys who attend Blackhawk Christian School. He loves golf, documentaries and tackling projects around his family’s property. Ben is also active in his church community.
Bryce Isch, Advisor
Bryce has extensive experience in the design and development of technology products in both the medical device and the automotive sectors. Bryce contributed to the launch of one of the first 3D printed implants, the development of advanced biomaterials, and the intersection of software and personalized care. He has held various engineering management and leadership roles with Biomet and Zimmer Biomet, and has been granted multiple United States patents for his work.
Bryce is originally from Bluffton, IN, where he was raised on a small farm. He married his high school sweetheart, with whom he has three small children. Bryce is an active outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, watersports and working on projects in the garage. He and his family happily spend their free time at the lake.
